Eligibility for Returns:

Packaging: Artwork must be returned in its original packaging or adequately protected packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Custom or Commissioned Pieces: Please note that custom or commissioned artwork is generally non-returnable, as it is created specifically for you. Exceptions may be made for damage during shipping or defects in craftsmanship.
Return Process:
Initiate a Return Request:

Provide your order number, the title of the artwork, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
Please include any supporting photos of damage if applicable.
Return Authorization:
If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
Secure Packaging:
Carefully repackage the artwork in its original packaging or use professional-grade packaging materials to ensure safe transit.
Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Shipment:
Ship the artwork using a reputable carrier with tracking and insurance.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to damage during shipping or a defect in the artwork.
Inspection and Processing:
Upon receipt, we will inspect the artwork to verify its condition.
If the artwork is in its original condition, a refund or exchange will be processed within [10] business days.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the original shipping costs.
Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.
Damaged Artwork: If the artwork arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
