Eligibility for Returns:

  • Custom or Commissioned Pieces: Please note that custom or commissioned artwork is generally non-returnable, as it is created specifically for you. Exceptions may be made for damage during shipping or defects in craftsmanship.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return Request:

    • Provide your order number, the title of the artwork, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.

    • Carefully repackage the artwork in its original packaging or use professional-grade packaging materials to ensure safe transit.

    • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Shipment:

    • Ship the artwork using a reputable carrier with tracking and insurance.

    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to damage during shipping or a defect in the artwork.

  5. Inspection and Processing:

    • Upon receipt, we will inspect the artwork to verify its condition.

    • If the artwork is in its original condition, a refund or exchange will be processed within [10] business days.
